Hey ive been playing regi for a while back in ptcgo when it was a devastating deck with compressor and dde etc so im playing a arcues build now but im checking out your list and im liking it alot however I didn't realize I could add charizard causenthis is a older version before zard came out uve been doing good with it but man I could of had zard all along but my ? I like this idea a lot, but one slight issue regarding legality. When Raging Bolt ex is released, the standard format will rotate. The only card affected by this is your Battle VIP Pass, but you might want to make that adjustment.
why the heck do you have charizard ex and battle VIP you only have one the chances of getting that on first turn are unbelevibly low so it's just taking up deck space play sqawiabilty instead it can be better.

this deck is real effective in pokemon tcg live: ok so you know regidrago vstar's move where u get to choose any dragon pokemon in yr discard pile? WHAT IF, you choose regidrago vstar AND THEN u choose regidrago vstar again? (so 2 regidrago vstars in discard pile) ofc this only works with ptcgl as you ALREADY attack so the time doesn't run out ITS SOLID. Basically saying they gonna concede :)))
Switching is not the same as retreating! You can still switch, whatever your retreat cost is. Playing Raging Bolt might be dangerous, what if you have raging bolt at the set-up? In that case, Rayquaza Vmax is more reliable. Since path will be rotated out, you might want to play pidgeot ex as well. With 4 stage 2, instead of 2 stage 2, you deck will be more consistent. Riley is not a good card, maybe counter catcher instead? I also miss a radiant in here. You have 2 prizers only in your deck, you can better run one radiant as well, like radiant charizard. Most decks with regidrago use arceus Vstar to set-up. One charizard evolution isn't gonna save you for the whole game, definitely not with Raging Bolt.
