Mega Charizard is better than Rayquaza in almost every way if you ask me. Instead of discarding energies, slwoing down your attacks, you discard the top 5 cards of your deck along with the 300 damage. Not only are you keeping attack consistency, but you are providing self-synergy by discarding cards from you deck, potentially discarding more mons for you to use the attacks of. Other than that, I like this! (Dialga GX is a nice touch, especially if you need an extra 150 damage to knock out persistent opponents.)
I think rayquaza is better than charizard in some ways. You'll always be able to discard 2 energy and figure that out next turn, but discarding the top 5 in a deck like this that is so fast in drawing could lose you the game.
I do think more fire and welder is better than raihan though
Marco_Ne Overall, I find Charizard superior. Decking out shouldn't be an issue with how fast matches go, and you probably won't be spamming Charizard's attack every turn. The pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. I see your point, though.
