Regidrago VSTAR rotated on PTCGL and as of April 11th, 2025 it has officially rotated. DO NOT USE THIS DECK, it sucks a lot in the Expanded Format.

Strategy: Use cards that allow you to discard cards in your hand so you can discard the Dragon Types besides Regidrago VSTAR and V (unless you have no use for a V later on in the game) so Regidrago can use its attack and to choose one of those attacks you want to use like Phantom Dive. Cleffa, Ogerpon ex, Mew ex, Fezandipiti ex are all draw support

Cleffa, Ogerpon ex, Mew ex, Fezandipiti ex are all draw support cards. Squawkabilly ex helps you get a better hand if needed on your first turn. I'd recommend going first with this deck unless you know you're going against a Miraidon ex. Temple of Sinnoh shuts things down like Lugia VSTAR. Jamming Tower ruins your opponent's tool cards making it useless. It's possible to use Prime Catcher twice if you use it one time and use Regidrago VSTAR's ability Legacy Star to get it back in hand. This deck will be rotating tomorrow on April 11th, 2025, this means today is the last day you can use this deck in the standard format in real life play.

This deck has officially rotated and cannot be used in the Standard Format anymore. I'd recommend to not use this list in the Expanded Format since there are much better cards to use as attackers for Regidrago VSTAR there.
