2 of each Dragon seems redundant depending on which ones you use more. Noivern, Zygarde, and Latias do not need 2 copies. Dragonite V as well because of Hisuian Heavy Ball. Battle VIP Pass is not a great card for this deck, it would be better as Nest Ball. I like Stormy Mointains but I think Mesagoza would fit better. 4 Lance also seems absurd, same with Professor Burnet. I think you only need 5 in combination of the 2, and Lance is better. This deck also needs a way to accelerate Energy by means of Dragonite or Gardenia's Vigor. Other than that, it looks like a really fun deck to try!
