Whatever I suggest, It will probably be in this deck: Regidrago VSTAR (Obsidian Flames) Deck - PokemonCard However, I like the idea of Zygarde, Dialga, and Burnet!
I also think you should add burnet.
I've been playing ArcDrago for a while, and the best attackers I'd stick with are Noivern, Goodra, Duraludon, and Giratina. Bench snipers are really good for endgame, but I'd only keep one. If you want any ideas, here's my decklist I use at locals. Arceus Regidrago VStar Deck - PokemonCard
