After Rotation, nothing really gets knockouts in one shot anymore. Rolling Iron minimizes damage on top of that. Forrtress sets up 2 Regidrago VSTAR in one turn now, at the cost of 2 prize cards. Thats what Defiant Band and Iono are for. Shutting down your opponent after you gave them prizes. Forrtress can also set up radiant charizard, and charizard can immediately swing for 280 damage.

Virizion V is insurance for Bellibolt ex, because that will probably be meta with Miridon ex. You don't even need to pull out Virizion V until you are already paralyzed! However decks can run spiritomb (Paldea Evolved) to shut it off easily, but it requires them to go through an extra step, and electric decks most likely want a lot of miridon and flaaffy on their bench. Primoridal altar and Virizion V can easily be switched out to cards that better counter the meta, and those three slots are really the interchangeable ones.
