Notes:

Rein V 18 removes the Mimikyu defensive partition from previous versions and builds more on offense. As well as, more focus toward card retrieval and recovery.

Opponent disruption partition(s) have been retained, and slightly modified, making use of the Venusaur (Pokémon GO) and its ability (primary use when benched, active not advised).

Re-addition of Kirlia (Chilling Reign) invites the possibility

Other ancillary modifications include the addition of: Team Yell's Cheer, Marnie's Pride, Professor Burnet, and Hisuian Zoroark V

what will you do a month from now when some of your most needed cards will rotate out from the standard competition?

Have a new deck and strategem to use and build from. 

I'm always building more and learning more. Not to mention the amount of customs I have in my true deck gallery as opposed to the one I've posted here for the sake of trying something.
