I really like this deck! I am a big B&W fan and love Reshiram and Zekrom (More Zekrom lol). However, here are a few swaps I would make:
'Reshiram V' -> 'Lumineon V/Crobat V/Rotom V' Reason: This deck list is lacking in support and you may never get this deck fully up and running before your opponent gets theirs going. With these options (you choose), you can give yourself support by getting your supporters and drawing cards. 'Victini Prism Star' -> 'Reshiram' from Phantasmal Flames Reason: If you wanna have big damage, Reshiram would honestly be a better choice in my opinion. If you are worried about getting fire energy back, you can run 'Energy Retrieval' or 'Superior Energy Retrieval'. 'Fighting Fury Belt' -> 'Bravery Charm' Reason: I like FFB. but adding some more HP to your pokemon could be really nice with that extra 10 HP bumping up both your attackers to 320 HP. Perhaps even a 'Dragon Elixir' could be nice to heal off some damage.
