To be honest, I think that rayquaza vmax is better, as it has unlimited damage. Maybe focus the deck on that and have reshiram and zekrom take the backseat in here. Also radiant Greninja could help.
rayquaza is better but unfortunatly not much consistency bc it needs to evolve i prefer a straightforward basic pokemon play
