This fighting/water deck uses Aerodactyl to prevent your opponent from evolving while you acquire as many Omanyte and Kabuto's on your bench as possible with Omanyte's "Revive Fossil" Pokemon Power.

Once you've gained some Omastars and Kabutops' in your hand - use Goop Gas Attack to shut off Aerodactyl's power, evolve all your benched Pokemon, then use Imposter Oak's Revenge to toss your opponent's hand back into their deck and draw 4 to prevent them from evolving all of their Pokemon for that 1

This deck also picked strong fighting and water basics like Hitmonchan, Sudowoodo and Mantine to carry the early game against your opponent's weaker basics that would presumably need to evolve.
