The Rillaboom deck focuses on using Rillaboom's Raging Repeated Strike attack, which does 120 damage plus 30 more damage for each Energy in play that you choose to discard. We run Cherrim in this deck to accelerate Energy from our hand to our Pokemon with its Spring Bloom Ability. We run 1 of the Rillaboom with the Voltage Beat Ability, which allows us to search our deck for up to 2 Grass Energy cards and attach it to one of our Pokemon. The main strategy of this deck is to go first, Bench 2 Cherubi

On turn 2, this is when we want to use Rare Candy to evolve Grookey into Rillaboom and start attacking with the Raging Repeated Strike attack.
