I like what you're doing here, but you have a lot of clunky cards with no draw power try something like this

Pokémon: 11
2 Roaring Moon ex PAR 124
2 Roaring Moon ex PAR 251
1 Mimikyu PAL 97
1 Spiritomb PAL 89
1 Radiant Greninja ASR 46
1 Morpeko PAR 206
1 Squawkabilly ex PAL 169
3 Deino PAL 138
2 Hydreigon PAL 140
1 Weavile PAL 134
1 Tatsugiri PAR 141

Trainer: 16
1 Hisuian Heavy Ball ASR 146
2 Battle VIP Pass FST 225 PH
4 PokéStop PGO 68
1 Professor Sada's Vitality PAR 256
2 Nest Ball SVI 181
1 Battle VIP Pass FST 225
3 Professor Sada's Vitality PAR 170
1 Dark Patch LOR 216
1 Dark Patch ASR 139 PH
4 Switch Cart ASR 154 PH
2 Dark Patch ASR 139
1 Boss's Orders BRS 132
2 Ultra Ball SVI 196
2 Rare Candy SVI 191
4 Earthen Vessel PAR 163
2 Technical Machine: Turbo Energize PAR 179

Energy:  11 Basic Dark Energy

Total Cards: 60

I retained most of the core monsters of your build but added Mimikyu and spiritomb to counter V pokemon since you're running ex, a better more consistent draw engine, searchability for Hydreigon, with ultra ball, vip bass to flood your board. Try it let me know what you think.
