These Pokémon do NOT go well together. They are good on their own, but they should never be in the same deck. Try adding cards to make it more roaring moon focused like Ancient Booster Energy Capsule, Mew ex, and Galarian Moltres (V or regular). Ancient Booster makes it harder for your oppoent to take advantage of your low hp after frenzied gouging. Mew is a good pivot and backup draw. Galar Moltres is to make use of your Energy Switch. While Moonlight Shurikan is awesome, you generally want to run more Dark Energy and less Water Energy (cut the water for dark). Other than that, it could use a Boss, but it looks pretty good when you take out the Iron Valiant.
