Deck Primer

A slightly upgraded build of the newly revived Rock and Lock deck.

Originally had a Team Rocket's Zapdos, a Team Rocket's Sneasel, 2 Basic Electric, and 2 Team Rocket's Great Ball.

Replaced those with a Team Rocket's Articuno, 2 more Technical Machine: Devolution, and 3 more Basic Fighting.

Edit: (7/2/25) Took out both Petrels for Arven so I can get both TM: Devolution and any necessary item; Rare Candy, Rocket Transciever, or Ultra Ball. Replaced a TM: Devolution for Colress to acquire either Rocket
