Any Suggestions are welcome

This deck is not competitive, But like a lot of of other decks like these there's a certain satisfaction in one shooting your opponents charizard ex with uncommon onix. So basically you attack with onix turn 2 going second with onix or use reversal energy turn 3 with steelix using reversal energy and relicanth. this deck is bad and this was my attempt to make it good. I don't feel confident in it, but certainly someone can be inspired to try it out. the fact that you can

I love "discard X from the top of your deck to do damage" type decks and wanted to try the Onix out but never got the chance. The Steelix + Relicanth idea is cool for making "Onix" more tanky and doubling as discard damage. I wonder though if 14 pokemon + 4 Onix as discard fodder is enough, but like I said, I never tested it. Miriam was also questionable for me as shuffling the mons you discard back in is great, but potentially re-drawing them would be bad, so maybe throw some Super Rods in there? I also wondered if 151 Ditto was a good one-of just in case you don't draw any Onix on your opening turn as you'll likely mulligan with only 6 basics

Thanks for the input Lechonk, i havent tested this deck either (mostly because its more based on the celebrations Kyogre 40 energy pill deck). This I put your suggesting into consideration and adjusted the list. A better version of the deck is probably one with Kirlia and Gallade, but the new Salvatore card made me reconsider the slow builds that people had.

I feel like Judge (Paldean Fates) or Iono (Paldean Fates) would also be decent additions to shuffle potential discard fodder into the deck again while disrupting the opponent potentially.

I was playing around with the idea of build a deck based on Salvatore (Temporal Forces) before just mostly stage 1 mons with high attack for low energy cost and steelix def. was a contender for it. I think Vespiquen (Paldea Evolved)Steelix (Paradox Rift)+ Bisharp (Astral Radiance) + Scizor (Paldean Fates) were decent stage 1 with low energy cost and high damage output so far.

I def. like the approach of this deck with Relicanth (Temporal Forces) and Salvatore (Temporal Forces)

Thanks for the input GrandmaGusta, iono unfortunately shuffles to the bottom, and without a card to shuffle the deck they won't be discarded with Onix's attack. A judge does it, but it can brick your hand I don't have enough space for multiples. but I did fit a Roxanne which would fulfill a similar purpose. Salvatore is an underexplored supporter that people wrote off as a way to bring out Bannette ex, so I will probably make some of those decks you suggested.
