Rod(リュウドー Ryūdō) is the fourth Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Dragonite Deck(でんせつのドラゴンデッキ Legendary Dragon Deck).

Its theme is Dragon-type Pokémon, but as there was no Dragon-type in the TCG at the time, it predominantly focuses on Colorless and Water types.
