How do you expect to discard Tools with this build?

To be more specific, I use tool box to find a bunch of tool cards. I'll then use cards like my ultra ball, quick ball, and professor's research to get all the tool cards into my discard pile which will then enable me to do good damage, 9 cards in my discard pile allows me to kill any pokemons base health. I then use rotom v to clean up.
