Strategy: Discard as many tools as possible and use Rotom VSTAR's Scrap Pulse to Lost Zone those tools while taking KOs. Later in the game, after you have run out of tools to Lost Zone, use Porygon2's Garbage Attack to attack and take KOs. You can use Tool Box to get one of 16 Tools in the deck into your hand. As always, this is not the most competitive deck, but a fun one.
