Mr. MEw Haunter makes no sense in this deck whatsoever. Also, Let Loose Marshadow is banned so it'd be helpful to look things up first before you just dive right into deck building. So this isn't a valid deck you can actually use.
I had added haunter because gastly has the ability to let you search your deck for two haunter and put it on your bench if it is knocked out, which I thought might be a good idea in case you get a slow start or arent able to find rare candies. As for marshadow, I knew it was banned, but when I searched it up to add it the card showed up. Which is strange because I had thought if a card was actually banned then pokemoncard.io wouldnt even let you add it to the deck. So I just added it to see what would happen and to see if it would even let me submit the deck.
Mr. MEw I don't mind the idea of Haunter, I just think there are better options. What comes to mind is Haunter (Crimson Invasion), as it can spread more damage, and combine that with one Roxie combo, you've got each of your opponent's Pokemon in Creep Show range, which is better than potentially giving your opponent resources and 10 extra HP. I also don't think that Rapid Strike Marshadow is really needed either, because its effect is relatively easy to remove and hard to utilize to its fullest potential. Overall, I like this, and it only needs a little cleaning up. :D

CountyGibbon798 , thanks for the haunters suggestion, I was not aware that there was a haunter that palced damage counters. What do you recconmend in replacment for the marshadow? I was thinking perhaps a pokegear to help search for roxies.
