RS Malamar (SSH-EVS)

Based on the deck used by Antoine Boulay, who made top 8 in Japanese Nationals with this deck. The deck is pretty much identical except it replaces Oricorio-GX and bench barrier mew which have rotated out. The two are replaced by fan of waves and rescue carrier. The rational behind them is:
1. Fan of Waves: Can be used to slow the opponent down if you have a slow start. Otherwise, it is just another rapid strike card to increase damage.
2. Rescue carrier: Can be used in late game to bring back remoraids

2. Rescue carrier: Can be used in late game to bring back remoraids or inkays to boost your final attack. Alternatively can bring back Minccino or Cinccino for additional draw when needed.

I've also replaced Pokemon Catcher with Boss's Orders, because I don't like coin flip cards, they could end up being completely dead cards. 

Bad match-ups:

1. RS Urshifu: Definitely a terrible match up since multiple inkay or malamar can be taken out at once. Best possible strategy is to evolve as soon as possible and use weakness to your advantage, taking out Urshifu quickly. Boss's orders comes in handy because you can gust up Urshifu V and take it out easily with only 3 RS cards. Also make sure to keep benching Inkay so that even if a couple are taken out, there is at least one left to attack. Don't attach energy until you need to attack because the ones with energy attached will be obvious targets for Urshifu. Fan of waves can also come in handy because it can remove rapid strike energy and buy you one more turn before the next G-max rapid flow.

2. Any other deck that can do 50-60 damage to the bench in one turn. Notable examples include Glaceon VMAX which can do 30 to the bench plus a quick shooting inteleon to take out an Inkay, as well as Inteleon VMAX which can just take out one Inkay by doing 60 to the bench. Same strategy applies, bench as many Inkay as you can, along with not attaching energy until the attacking turn. If either of these decks become big in the meta, maybe you can switch out one or two Inkays for the 60 HP Inkay which can at least withstand Glaceon.
