Use nessa + frosmoth later to retrieve a crabominable and 3 energies to accelerate right back on it to swing right after getting KOd. It's ok to discard a water early for melony/nessa later on.

Hey, I think the rocky helmet is a great idea! But I believe that Cape of Toughness is still a really good option, even a single copy can help improve the matchup against Zamazenta V, being able to survive an Assault Tackle.
