Deck Primer

I am trying to make a deck with Salamence that works. It should be able to work against meta decks but it will be weaker because it is slower and also less powerful. It can still hold its own I think but I'd have to test it out (which I will when I get the cards). I just really like Salamence so I wanted to see what it could do. Items/Trainers could be better I think, I'll have to test things out.
