Deck Primer

This is an update on my previous build. I am going to paste the strategy here:

 

so this is the first deck I've ever built and I am looking for suggestions. I figured this can run like a hybrid of the Gorebyss deck from destined rivals and the old Chien-Pao ex deck, where Huntail will keep you from losing energy when when Sam is KO'd, and Chien-Pao can mill you energy, and Bax's ability lets you put on said energy.

I figured this can run like a hybrid of the Gorebyss deck from destined rivals and the old Chien-Pao ex deck, where Huntail will keep you from losing energy when when Sam is KO'd, and Chien-Pao can mill you energy, and Bax's ability lets you put on said energy. 
the cool thing here is Sam's ability, partnered with the air balloon on Chien let you switch Chien into the active spot to grab your two energies, and now with a free retreat cost because of the balloon, you can put your Sam back into attack, then rinse and repeat, etc.

I developed this through a mixture of Della that I have seen throughout here and other websites, and I am actively looking for any and all suggestions on how to make this a stronger deck.
