Hello @NerdySatyr, can you please create new deck about sandaconda for new rotation ? It would be great :)

Sadly we are losing a lot of our consistency cards like Irida and the Level balls :'( But I shall certainly give it a go! I definitely intend to carry on playing this since it's so much fun 😁

Mmhh, from what I'm aware, we do not lose neither Irida nor Level Ball in the rotation. Actually we don'T lose much from your deck. The most important card we are losing is the Evolution Incense. I wonder if it will have a viable replacement

Derp, I don't know why I said Irida, not sure what I was thinking of, Evolution Incense is definitely a big one for the deck, and could have sworn Level Ball was marked with a D, huh! That's great news. For what we do lose...
Honestly I'll most likely swap Gossifleur for silver tempest Sigilyph, Level Ball for Nest Ball (since it can fetch Sig), Oranguru for Radiant Greninja (Goodbye old friend), swap Silicobra for the Battle Styles version, cut Pokégear 3.0 for, hmm, idk, Trekking Shoes, or Cram-o-Matic, or Jubilife Village, ooor Ultra Balls, maybe even 1 Pitch a Pyukumuku to fetch off Irida, finally Marnie for Judge just to keep some hand interaction. Also debating adding Arezu since losing Evo Incense is a pretty big deal and Capturing Aroma isn't very reliable.

Honestly losing Oranguru is a pretty big hit for the deck, as is Evolution Incense. Could try working numbers around to add in 3-4 Capturing Aroma, but yeah we'll have to see what the new set brings, see if we get any good replacements.

Do we have some info about new set cards? I am worried about prices of cards as I am triing to get this deck as cheap as possible and radiant greninja is not a cheap one (5€ still ok...) do you know abount any new card that could help? if not can you do deck before release of new cards?

If you want to update it but keep it on a budget,
Swap Gossifleur for silver tempest Sigilyph, Swap Level Ball for Nest Ball, Swap Silicobra for the battle styles one (or the new S&V set one!), cut Pokégear for Trekking Shoes or like 2 Ultra Balls (good for putting energy in drop and searching your evolutions), swap Marnie for Judge, then lastly replace Evo Incense for... Capturing Aroma, is the best replacement I can find. (Might be worth trying 1-2 Arezu too). Play around with numbers, see what you like best (e.g. I basically never use Energy Recycler at this point so might cut it for extra draw/search). Greninja is pretty pricy for a budget, No real replacement for Oranguru so I'd maybe swap it with another draw Supporter, or Mysterious Tail Mew (but you'd want some more Ropes or Switch's for that).

Losing Evolution Incense is pretty huge, as is losing Pokégear, not really got much else that let's us look/search into the deck and help thin it/get set up.

Not been too many spoilers for the next set but fingers crossed we get something better.

(Bonus thing, I've also been debating switching up some of the supporters to include 4 Bruno and 4 Welcome Lantern, Lantern is searchable off Irida, and it let's you fetch back Bruno's from discard if they get milled from Sandaconda, help the deck draw more since it's losing a few key cards).

Otherwise: I'll be sure to update the deck/post a new version once we have all the spoilers for the next set etc, So keep an eye out for that SirNider 🙂👍

Edit: Can't be bothered to go back and rewrite everything so, looks like we are getting a Pokégear 3.0 reprint, woo! Don't need to worry about replacing that then haha. Might even be worth upping it to 3 or something then since we're losing other search cards.
