This deck is themed around heavy energy acceleration and energy recycling. The main focus is to discard a BUNCH of Energy since both Koraidon ex and Sandy Shocks ex's abilities accelerate energy from the discard pile. Discarding Energy is easy with discard-and-draw cards like Professor's Research, Squawkabilly ex, Earthen Vessel, and Ultra Ball. Gutsy Pickaxe will also be a small boost in either energy acceleration or draw power, and being able to search the deck every game is consistent thanks

Handy Combo:

If you have 2 Energy, a Galarian Zapdos and a Professor Turo's Scenario all in hand, you can play the Zapdos to accelerate 2 Energy from your hand to it, then pick it back up via Turo to use it again later on. If you have more than 2 Energy in hand, this can allow you play 1 Zapdos twice and have up to 4 Energy on an Arcanine thanks to Arcanine's energy moving ability and Sandy Shocks' energy accel.

I like the Lost Vacuum and Turo Tech, but I can't help but think that Penny may be a better option as she doesn't discard any attached cards which might give you a chance at a cheeky Bravery Charm + Arcanine/Sandy Shocks pick up to dodge a 2-hit knock out.
