I use a rather similar tactic with Galrian Zapdos, and I think you'll find that 2 energy switch won't reliably turn up with your Galarian Articuno if you only play 2 energy switch and 1 Articuno.
I've actually been wanting to put more energy swpas in the deck, but I'm still working out where I can squeeze them in. I have the physical verison on me and I find that articuno isn't really an issue to find as much as the energy swap is. I'll figure out where I can swap in at least one more energy swap.
I could probbly remove a marnie and add in an energy swap.
