They said that it couldn't be done,
That Hisuian Zoroark V Star and Scream Tail are counter intuitive and wouldn't work together,
Well I disagree.
While it is true that Hisuian Zoro V Star only wants 1 damage counter per Pokemon in play, and Scream Tail wants to hog em all, that's perfect.
And there are much better decks that better utilize the Gardevoir ex and Scream Tail combo, I want to have more Hisuian Zoroark decks.

This is a very aggressive deck that'll burn through your cards like a Mill, and you don't really have any recovery apart from basic energies.

Of course, Gardevoir ex is pivotal to this deck, as she is pivotal to Scream Tail working well. Ideally your bench would look like:

Scream Tail
Radiant Greninja, Hisuian Zoroark V Star, Gardevoir ex, Scream Tail, Scream Tail

Your main attacker Scream Tail only needs 2 energy, as well as Hisui Zoroark, so we run low Psychic Energy. Gardevoir ex can attack too, but she can pull the energy she needs so no worries. Don't underestimate Gengar as an attacker either. Of course, make liberal use of your damage pumps to setup for Hisui Zoroark. You only have the 4 and no Roseanne to recover them, but don't ignore them. Use your Hisui Zoro V Star to do damage to the bulkier opponents when needed.

Towards the end of the battle when your Scream Tails have been ran through, you can swap in R Greninja as to give your opponent 1 card instead of 2, which also frees up a slot for other attackers. Gardevoir ex only does 190, which is just under a lot of HP thresholds so after you attack with her and she tanks a hit, retreat with her, and switch into Gengar/Scream Tail/Hisui Zoro (preferably in that order according to what oppnent has) for clean up. This works to your advantage as you can just use her ability again to (re)fuel your mons you have in waiting.

Fog Crystal and Tulip to draw and cycle the energies back into our hand, so that we can sacrifice via Radiant Greninja and then reapply with Gardevoir. You also have Ultra Balls for this use case, as well as Kirlia, though you'll need to use your Ultra Balls or preferably Earthen Vessels to discard Gengar so you can pull him onto bench. Tulips you'll ideally want to reserve as backups to pull your discarded Scream Tails so you can run them back, but by that time you've probably either won or lost anyway. This goes for the Moonlit Hill as well, save them for as long as you can. They'll counteract Gardevoir ex's 2 damage counters per energy, and you have no way to recover them, so you don't want your opponent discarding them when you could use them later.
