Gimmicky, but suggestions are still welcome! 

Shedinja has second the largest damage to damage counter on self ratio falling to Radiant Heatran (also included!), although there probably is a better method of smacking damage counters, I have chosen to use Gengar and shifting the damage counters over with damage mover. Shedinja should be able to deal 300 dmg with dumbells and 600 dmg with hero's cape.

Specific Cards:

Guzma and Hala - sets the deck right up, activating stadium, rainbow, and HP buff.

Giovanni's exile - reuse Gengar after moving damage counters

Jynx - fixing some damage maths when attaching energy.

Blend energy - Gengar, Heatran, and even Shedinja can use this.
