This is a single-prize deck with Seaking as the main attacker with its aqua horn attack that deals 60 damage + 30 * water energy attatched. Finneon allows one to attatch any number of energy to Pokemon with the attack Swim Freely (which Seaking has).  Also using Calmitious Snow Mountain helps get chip damage. Letter of Encouragement instead of Earthern Vessel as it searches for 1 additional energy, and doesn't need a discard (the KO doen't matter since Seaking is a GLASS CANNON). Hisuian Basculegion
