Cresselia is a good card to use when you have to go second and its your first turn. Cresselia's Crescent Glow attack allows you to attach a Psychic Energy card from the deck to one of your Benched Pokemon. If you went second and its your first turn, you can instead attach 3 Psychic Energy cards from the deck to one of your Benched Pokemon. Galarian Articuno's Cruel Charge Ability allows you to attach up to 2 Psychic Energy cards from your hand to the Galarian Articuno once you put it in play. The main strategy of this deck is to go first, attach an Energy to a Shadow Rider Calyrex V, have 2-3 Shadow Rider Calyrex V in play, and pass.
