I've been thinking about trying the Voltorb + Gardenia strat, but you should check out my list.
Raihan + DCE is a great RKO method for instant powerups and running Water so you can use Eiscue to auto win a few matchups feels really good when something like Lunatone/Regi/single prizers would normally be more troublesome if they can set up faster. Diancie is decent early game if you need time to set up a board, but I might lower it to 1 of her.
Plus I'm lowkey not a fan of the V Pokemon, since the possibility of starting Lumineon would be such a huge detriment compared to the normal cost of risk in this deck.
