Sandy Shocks EX + Arcanine V Deck, been playing around with different builds of this - devolution is in there as I've been having a hard time VS Charizard and it slows down, been doing quite well otherwise. I'd like 2 nest balls somewhere in here, but there isn't much space. 2 energy switcher is excellent for getting turn 1 attack with Sandy Shocks EX if you can't set up a Slither Wing. It has saved me on more than one occasion
