Hand Control Deck

Get Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) evolved ASAP to get the cards you need, then start destroying your opponent's hand with Luxray ex (Twilight Masquerade), Hand Trimmer (Temporal Forces), Eri (Temporal Forces) and Unfair Stamp (Twilight Masquerade) , as well as Lost City (Lost Origin) to prevent mons from reviving.

Use a combo of Skwovet (Scarlet & Violet) and Mew ex (151) as your draw engine to re-roll a small hand each turn. This makes sure you're not discarding your own cards when using Hand Trimmer (Temporal Forces), and with Pidgeot you shouldn't need much draw power beyond that.

Salvatore (Temporal Forces) helps Pidgeot and Luxray evolve - I included one Pidgeotto and two Luxios for this. Technical Machine: Devolution (Paradox Rift) can help clean up mons that have been damaged by Piercing Gaze or the like but not enough to KO.

Raikou V (Brilliant Stars) gives you a bit of a draw boost with Fleet Footed, can utilize Forest Seal Stone (Silver Tempest), and can do a decent chunk of damage. Radiant Charizard (Crown Zenith) can revenge kill late game if needed (or Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (Twilight Masquerade), whatever you prefer). Luxray V (Astral Radiance) helps start sniping your opponent's hand until you get Luxray EX evolved.

-Shinx (Paldea Evolved) can also disrupt your opponent with a forced switch from Big Roar, so keep that in mind as well!

OTHER OPTIONS:

-Cursed Duster (Paradox Rift) can combo well here

-Rescue Board (Temporal Forces) for more switch freedom

-Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex (Twilight Masquerade) if you prefer it over Radiant Charizard

-Pal Pad (Scarlet & Violet) to recover things like Salvatore or more of Eri to spam

-Zapdos ex (151)  and/or Technical Machine: Blindside (Paradox Rift) can help with cleanup

-Lana's Aid (Twilight Masquerade) if you find yourself losing mons too quickly to evolve
