As requested, here is the list updated for post-rotation. I will admit, losing Evolution Incense (Sword & Shield) and Oranguru (Sword & Shield) was very damaging to the deck, lowering it's Sandaconda consistency by a bit. So instead we have had to lean a bit more into the Hisuian Basculegion (Lost Origin) gameplan! Getting off big attacks and recycling our energy for Sandaconda (Battle Styles). With Capturing Aroma (Silver Tempest) being our best Evo Incense replacement.

First, this deck is still a work in progress that I am playtesting. So things are open to change and testing.
So bare with me whilst I go through all my ramblings,
- Some things I have already noticed (though it may just be because the cards are new), a lot of people have moved onto ex type Pokémon making Sigilyph (Silver Tempest) a lot worse, if you find this to be the case in your local/online meta also, then please swap him out for another Hisuian Basculin (Astral Radiance), and switch Serena (Silver Tempest) for another supporter (e.g. Roxanne, Prof Research or Boss's Orders).
- I am also trying out a few new cards, mainly Bruno (Battle Styles) and Professor's Research. I'm still a little unsure on these cards as sometimes you don't want to discard certain cards in your hand (Research), and Bruno can be great for shuffling Energy back into the deck, but late game all he really draws is energy, so I might swap him for an Avery (Chilling Reign), Arezu (Lost Origin), Miriam (Scarlet & Violet) or Copycat (Evolving Skies) etc.
- I had considered running a version of the deck that used multiple Bruno (Battle Styles) with Welcoming Lantern (Chilling Reign) to fetch them back/reuse them from the discard pile, since a lot of them could be milled by Sandaconda. But currently trying out just Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) as our draw engine.
- This version is running 2 less energy, so keeping my eye on how that feels and if I wanna add some back in.
- Otherwise, all numbers and supporters are open to tweaking 😁

Gameplan;
• Pretty much always, you want to go 2nd with this deck.
• Hopefully opening with a Hisuian Basculin (Astral Radiance) as your Active (or at least an Irida (Astral Radiance) in hand✩).
• The aim of the game is to get set up, along with thinning our deck so most of what is left, is Energy.
• Since we like to go 2nd we can use cards such as Irida followed up by a Basculin or Sigilyph to set up out bench and thin the deck.
• Typically with your first Gather the Crew, you'll want to fetch at least 1 Silicobra and a support like Radiant Greninja or a 2nd Basculin.
• With Irida your best targets are usually Pyukumuku (SWSH Black Star Promos) or a Basculin/Basculegion, along with a Ball or Capturing Aroma. This will help thin 3 cards from our deck (2 from Irida, 1 from the Ball/Capturing Aroma).
• Nest Ball is great for fetching Greninja and Siligyph, whilst Level Ball can fetch all our basics and Pyukumuku if you need to dig.
•✩ If you open with a bad Pokémon in your active (e.g. Greninja, Silicobra or Pyuku), use Irida to search for a Basculin and an Escape Rope (or Switch, whichever is your preference), play the Basculin to your bench, switch him in with Escape Rope, then you will be able to use his free attack and start setting up the bench.
• Keep doing this until you have 1 or 2 Sandaconda's set up on bench. Then, you can retreat Basculin for 1 energy (or just let it be KO'd) and start attacking with Sandaconda.
• Always try and keep a Klara (Chilling Reign) safe in hand if you can, as you will likely need her to recover some of your Sandaconda/Basculegion lines at some point, either from being milled or later in the game after a few KO's. Very important.
• Typically unless you need the attach or have nothing to discard to Radiant Greninja, I always leave energy in the drop so Basulegion's Upstream Spirits can hit for more damage.
• Once your deck starts to get low, switch in your Basculegion (or wait for Sandaconda to be KO'd) and use his Upstream Spirits attack for a big KO and to refill your deck, which will also make future Sandaconda's attacks far more deadly and consistent.
• Grant (Astral Radiance) (and Greninja) is an amazing card for getting out energies from hand and into the discard, making for a faster Basculegion set up. He can also help slightly against Psychic match-ups, basically nullifying their resistance.
• As often as you can, be it Pokégear, Balls or Aroma, you should be aiming to thin your deck of non-Energy cards as often as possible, to make your Sandaconda's more consistent.
• Finally, use Pal Pad (Scarlet & Violet) smartly, you want to try and use it before you refill the deck with energy, so that you have a better chance of getting your supporters back, but also before you mill too much with Sandaconda. It can be very useful to use Pal Pad on any Klara who got used/milled (or whatever else Supporter you currently need), then use Radiant Greninja afterwards to try and draw into them before attacking with Basculegion.

🌟 And there we have it! Pretty simple, but has a lot of nuances to the play/ordering of your turns. 🌟

p.s. If you want to make things even cheaper, you could cut the Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) (and use a normal Grant), making the deck well under $20 as of time of writing. As for what to replace it with, it's certainly a hit to the deck, but you could try something like Radiant Jirachi (Silver Tempest), Mew (Celebrations), Manaphy (Shining Fates), Skwovet (Scarlet & Violet), or just an extra Supporter! You would likely need another Rope/Switch if you ran Mew/Manaphy.. But hey! Keeps it budget! 💰👍

First edit, I'd honestly recommend swapping Sigilyph (Silver Tempest) for a 3rd Hisuian Basculin (Astral Radiance), making the Basculegion chain a little safer and just so you don't have a dead card in certain match-ups.
