This is a super basic Pikachu V + VMAX deck. It's in Expanded format due to the Air Balloons. This deck is not very complex - the goal is to get Pikachu VMAX out so you can do big damage. Zeraora V + VMAX are in here because they fit in with the minor discard + re-attach energy thing the deck has going on (that's what the Mareep + Flaffys are for.) Many of the trainer cards can probably be swapped with others, especially if you find ones you like more/would be a better fit. Oh, the only thing is that the Air Balloon's goal is to make swapping around the beeg pika + Zeraora easier.
