As an enjoyer of all things Silvally, seeing this deck makes me happy. With that being said, I'm not sure what the core strategy is here. As soon as I know what it is, I can give proper advice on how to achieve it.

MudkipTrainer Oh lol I forgot about this comment. Anyways, I don't think that Silvally has a place in this deck anyways, as a stage 1 two prize draw engine is pretty risky. If you want to quickly energize something, there's always Bunnelby (Primal Clash) and Technical Machine: Turbo Energize (Paradox Rift) as a method to get 4 energies out turn one. Add Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift), and you can use it to rapidly evolve a bunch of Pokemon, incluing something like a Charmander if you feel like adding Charmeleon.

For supporter recovery, VS Seeker (Roaring Skies) is an overall superior option to Delcatty, so I'd use it instead. I'd also run the core of draw Pokemon: Tapu Lele-GX (Guardians Rising), Crobat V (Darkness Ablaze), and Dedenne-GX (Unbroken Bonds), as all three of them provide great consistency to lists. Using this core also means that you need to run fewer copies of each supporter, as they can be searched and recycled easily. For the rest, this deck lacks a VSTAR power, so I'd factor in a Forest Seal Stone (Silver Tempest) for a search option. And lastly, this deck does not have an ACE SPEC yet, so I'd take a look at Computer Search (Boundaries Crossed) or Dowsing Machine (Plasma Storm), as those are the big ones. However, in the next set there will be a bynch of new ones coming out, like Prime Catcher (effectively Guzma (Burning Shadows) as an item card).

Now, for energy, none of the special energy cards currently used have much of a use here, as you attacks require fire specifically to boost damage. Plus, sixteen is too much anyways IMO. For recovery, you have Blacksmith, which is good, but I feel like you could go a step further and use one of the energy retrievals.

Overall, fun deck for casual, but the tips I provided should be a baseline towards making it a little more competitive. Hopefully none of these came off as harsh or anything, I just want these decks to be the best they can be. Good luck!
