Okay, I won't go into crazy optimization detail here since you said you wanted it to be low-power, so I'll make some micro-improvements that help it function as a deck before making it competitive.

Firstly, this deck only has 4 basics, but 20 total Pokémon. That means that most of the time, all of the Eeveelutions that you'll probably end up not using will become bricks and clog your hand. For that, you can consider using Zoroark from Evolving Skies to essentially cheat extra stage 1's into play. Zorua also kind of looks like Eevee, so it's not a COMPLETE theme-killer. Cards like Ultra ball also help rid your hand of useless Pokémon, and synergize with Zoroark's ability to turn into stage 1's from the discard pile. If you're concerned about discarding, you can always use Rescue Stretcher as a generally useful recover option, moreso than Revive, since Stretcher gives you the option to keep it in your hand instead of putting it directly back into play, as well as allowing you to shuffle 3 Pokémon into your deck.

A small change that will make more sense shortly is to switch your choice of Eevee to the one from Astral Radiance. That one evolves when one of your other Eevee evolves, allowing you to get a lot of Pokémon out all at once and help your setup.

Next, I'd remove all of your basic energy cards, and instead use Rainbow Energy, Aurora Energy, Double Colourless Energy, and Twin Energy if you really want to. Rainbow and Aurora count for every type of energy at once, so you don't need to worry about finding the correct one any any given point. The best search card for Special energy would probably have to be Guzma & Hala, but since it's not as easy to find, Colress's Tenacity is the next best option. As a stadium to replace Training Court, Path to the Peak can slot in nicely, as your deck doesn't use any rule box Pokémon that get hurt from it.

This deck also doesn't have a tool nor an ACE SPEC. A good tool here could be Supereffective Glasses, since you said you want to try and hit for weakness and adapt. Glasses lets you hit harder in those situations. The best ACE SPEC for this deck would probably be Life Dew, and you'd combine it with Lana's Finishing Rod to loop it over and over again. However, if Life Dew isn't available, I don't blame you; you can use Legacy Energy instead. It may be worse, but it at least works as a rainbow energy outside of denying a prize card once.

Hope some of these small tips help in your casual environment!

@CountryGibbon798 I don't think its a good idea to swap the Eevee because it lets you search out the specific eeveelution you need for the matchup with it's ability, but also only when using basic energies. I still want to run 2 of each eeveelution since that lets me run 1 of 1 kind and 1 of another with different abilites which can help for support. I understand the idea of the Ultra ball to discard the eeveelutions you don't want, but there's no need for that since you can just pull them out using the abilities anyway, and the letters let you search out the specific eeveelution you want. Changing the Eevee's would just fundamentally change how the deck works overall, and I do like the way that it works right now. The way it is now there just isn't much room for ace specs or tools, which is why my solution is to just not bother with them. Besides, if I really wanted to optimize it I probably just wouldn't run every Eeveelution and just run 1 or 2 that might compliment, like the V's and Vmax Eeveelution decks I already built.

ALL THAT BEING SAID I appreciate your input and will look into some of those cards that I'm unfamiliar with such as Life Dew. I'm still very new to deckbuilding and I will probably revisit this deck's general concept in the future as I improve and learn more about the game.

I mostly just play casually with my wife and friends on our dinnertable, so many of the decks we build are also made with a budget in mind, so pricey cards like good ace specs or old rare cards and even the typical meta cards are usually avoided to try and keep the decks cheap enough that we can just order them and put them together. This will probably start to change as we begin printing proxies, but I can't afford a printer rn (LOL).

Also, I don't plan on playing online either.

Monodoof Yeah, for a dinner table deck this is fine. The reason I'm doingthis is because a deck that bricks is no fun for the person playing it, no matter how good or bad it's said to be.

Also, if you want to do the cheap thing for proxies, you can always write their name + effects on blank pieces of paper and paste them onto bulk cards!

(My name is also COUNTYgibbon and not COUNTRYgibbon, which would explain why your pings aren't notifying me. Thanks!)

From what we've playtested so far, the deck as is actually rarely bricks!

As far as the proxies go, we want to just have prints of the actual cards because we also like the pictures and want them to look better :)

Sorry for misspelling your username

Professor's letter is a GODSENT in this deck. Being able to pick out the energy type you need to for the evolution you need is so perfect, especially if you can get Leafeon in play early

CountyGibbon798 Alright, so after some further testing we decided that it really isn't worth running 2 of every Eeveelution since we most of the time only use 1 anyway, so instead I have altered it to drop 1 of each one. Furthermore, this gives us room to run tools and an ace spec, as well as use battle compressor and Ultra to help us get rid of the Eeveelutions we dont need. I didn't realize that Night Stretcher also lets you grab Eeveelutions as well as the possible energy (if it's needed) so I decided to run those as well. We can also drop 1 of each energy since most of the time we only need 1 specific color, with the exception of Glaceon being the only one who needs both (Which, in that instance is usually only chosen over Vaporeon because you aren't fighting 2 prize mons and also btw is usually the strongest attacker in this deck thanks to how annoying the sleep gets, at least for us haha)

As for the ace spec itself, we actually found that Hero Cape was what we wanted, especially in games where Espeon is key. It's too important to keep the Espeon alive so it's ability remains active. This is especially the case in matches vs the Creep Show Gengar deck where this ability shuts down every attacker except Radiant Alakazam, who unfortunately is really difficult for this deck to take out otherwise (since he attacks for how many cards you have in hand and having a large hand is common with this deck thanks to how many energies and extra eeveelutions you might have on you).

Life dew and Supereffective Glasses are nice, but more important for the attackers is the Float Stone, especially for Leafeon and Umbreon, since they both can only attack with their big move every other turn and you can't really afford the Retreat cost since accelerating energy is only really feasable here with Leafeon (Unless there's something I'm missing?) and Leafeon especially has a high retreat cost and doesn't necessarily want to be using it's energy acceleration on itself when it could be boosting multiple others. Life dew at our table is starting to get a bad rep at our table tbh, and we might end up just banning it outright anyway (if not all ace specs, since they're so expensive >.< ). Also, the Glasses are actually kind of redundant sometimes, since the supereffective damage from most of these easily reach upwards of 280, which while not one shotting EVERY mon does still KO most. I dunno, I might try putting a copy in later.

I really hope we get some new Eevee cards next year that are better options, since these and even the Rule Box ones feel kind of underpowered most of the time. It's an archetype that the card game enables more than the game does thanks to the variety of cards you can have, but it's one I feel like Creatures hasn't really leaned into much yet when it comes to these cards. Idk, maybe I'm biased.

I still don't want to change the Eevee's, but I am considering it lately since evolving turn 1 isn't as important if you can't also attack same turn.

Anyway I hope you like my analysis and if you have any suggestions I'll look into them.

So here's where we are with this deck: it's pretty bad lmao. I think when all of the new EX Eeveelutions come out next year we might be able to make it work using glass Trumpet shenanigans lmao. Plus, we can technically run 4 Eevee ex's and baby Eevee. Plus, we can do Sparkling crystal and counter gain shenanigans
