Pretty rough, untested idea for a single strike entei deck. Use Houndoom & Magma Basin to build up on damage counters, then deal big damage with Entei/Heatran. Altaria/Skwovet engine for constant Mustard or disruption supporters. Fewer basic pokemon for more consistent setup, but obviously expect mulligans.
