My favorite Urshifu list right now for the Chilling Reign Meta. 

I like having the Pal Pad to get Karen back in the deck, but Skyla could be a good one of to replace it. It could be a helpful thing to get an emergency Urn or Scroll.

Yeah, mainly because I rarely see Mew3 around anymore and because Path to the Peak. So most of the time it’s a dead card for me. I just rely on TTar/ Houndooms to win the Shadow Rider and Dragapult match ups
