This certainly does look like something that can take care of Tsareena easily, but it's important to make sure that the deck can work on its own in matcups outside of its intended one. Tsareena can be teched by any deck with Fresh Water Set, Switch Cart, etc. This deck looks fine in other matchups, but it might struggle. Tsareena also isn't common enough to have a specific counter deck for it.
Now, because this deck revolves around keeping your health high, I'd run Cheryl as it can fully heal your evolution Pokemon, at the cost of discarding all energy from them. It's not that big of a deal though, because the manual attachment + Magma Basin gets the energy you need back onto Skeledirge. Just note that Magma Basin doesn't work on Tera Skeledirge as it's not a fire Pokemon. Overall, I'd change this to being a Skeledirge deck that just happens to deal with Tsareena really well instead of being a designated counter. In the end, I really love this concept!
Bring 4 arvens, also battle vips to set up , remove the fresh water and leftovers, bring poke gears and cherylls, you dont need the oricorios, jirachi would be nice against lost box, 3 switches is enough or 2 switch, 1 rope, maybe entei and forest seal stone since you can find it with the arvens, 3 basins and get rid of the mimikyu. This is how i would test the deck around and make changes in base of the tests, you cant build around 1 specific match-up and especially against a rogue deck. If you want to get rid of tserena you just need to hold your evolutions until you have the set up to hit, then turo or cheryll.
