Skeledirge ex + Hearthflame Ogerpon ex is a cool idea (280~340 damage output) but you will need a lot of energy acceleration for that. Try adding Armarouge + Magma Basin + Exp. Shares + Melia. You also forgot to add a Radiant Charizard/Greninja and the rare candies.
