Max compressor. If you have a reason to use compressor at all in your main strategy, make it a compressor engine; as these are much more consistent.
Add Rescue Stretcher (Guardians Rising) maybe even 4

Get rid of most of your energy except DCE, maybe keep one Jet or powerful for Dodrio
You won't need evo incense and you can also add less ultra ball if you add stretcher
You only need 1 Guzma in a compressor engine. Just make sure you have max or at least 3 seekers
Damage pump doesn't suck just bc it's expanded, 1 Gengar pumped gets 2 more pokemon damaged, which is faster than Charjabug.
Add Mew Bench barrier as raichu is hell to face. There's a link to one on your deck btw, hey its me! (better than manaphy cuz actually usable attack)

Winona (Roaring Skies)
You could probably cut the Dodrio line for a more standard Expanded engine (Dedenne-GX in particular would be great for getting your Gengars from your hand into the discard pile) which would then free up more space for more Trainers (you prolly want max Vs Seeker, Compressor, and Sky Field, and maybe a Field Blower to remove pesky Chaotic Swells). If you feel you need the extra damage counters after Gengar and Damage Pump you could always try Spiritomb (Unbroken Bonds) which has essentially the same ability as Dodrio on a basic.
