This deck focuses on the sleep condition. Make both active Pokémon fall asleep with Parasect's Lethargy Spores. While your Pokémon do fall to slumber, Komala can benefit from the status as a Prize Shield, and you can still attack while asleep with the Windup Arm. For example, use Snorlax's Thumping Snore to do a whopping 180 damage while holding a Windup Arm to not be held back by the movers effect. Use Lugia VStar to bring Archeops from the discard to the bench to accelerate energy
