What's the purpose of N's Reshiram? Also, wouldn't it be a good idea to have a Rescue Board as it gives Tastugiri free retreat?

Waffle Enthusiast the purpose of N's Reshiram (Journey Together)  is to be put on top of the deck as an attack for slowking. Yes you could put in two Rescue Board (Temporal Forces) replacing two Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable) .
