As weird as it sounds, but Slowking actually has a chance to be viable in Expanded as a rogue deck at the very least, thanks to the Amazing Rares. If I were to nitpick, I'd choose a different ACE SPEC than Legacy Energy. Something like Life Dew, Computer Search, or probably Scoop Up Cyclone would fare better. You definietly want zomething like Turo's Scenario or Cassius to deal with the very likely scenario of you starting with an unwanted basic, as all of your attackers you can copy are basics with pretty beefy retreat costs. Too bad Scoop Up Net isn't in the format anymore, as it would be a godsend to this deck. On the topic of attackers, I'm wondering if there are any good evolution attackers that can work in this deck. I can't name any off the top off my head, but it could work as well.
All in all, awesome deck!
