You don't need Chimeco, psychic energy, energy search, boost shake, or that many evolution incense. The Twin energy is enough. A rescue carrier could also help. Sneasler is taking up too much space. Switches and Air Balloons would work better. Cape of Toughness and Radiant Gardevoir aren't going to help at all. Being able to survive 70 more damage is not going to protect you from the damage V's put out. Cylenne, Yveltal, and Pal Pad can help this deck a lot. Also, too many Boss's orders.
