memes aside this variation was inspired by the fact that the only way i win against Gardevoir ex (Paldean Fates) with versions of this i built before is with Mawile (Lost Origin) in tandem with Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) or Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift)  targeting something like rad greninja or anything they cant attack with while i stalled out for a big

memes aside this variation was inspired by the fact that the only way i win against Gardevoir ex (Paldean Fates) with versions of this i built before is with Mawile (Lost Origin) in tandem with Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) or Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift)  targeting something like rad greninja or anything they cant attack with while i stalled out for a big Azelf (Surging Sparks) hit. if my out to bad match ups is playing stall, then probably the most efficient piece for that plan would be Snorlax (Pokémon GO). it does what i was playing Mawile (Lost Origin) and Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) for but for no energy. in the middle as far as bulk but i dont think its the end of the world. pretty fun to play, excited for budew to be in the deck, not excited to play Rabsca (Temporal Forces) when i have to. Cresselia (Lost Origin) is there to take an abundance of counters off if the amount of Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade) online is too much or too little, Uxie (Surging Sparks) is there for spread against decks with pokemon that don't have abilities (see Froslass (Twilight Masquerade) ability for further context into the uxie tech).

 

i hope to evolve this more over time, dont know what to do about losing snorlax other than playing different walls like Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) and Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) or Milotic ex (Surging Sparks) . but as a new player to the game, spread is so far the most interesting playstyle ive come across and i hope to continue enjoying it for the forseeable future.
