This deck is actually quite simple to play despite looking rather complicated. Every card in the deck is designed to do one thing. TILT your opponent. This deck is filled with annoying abilities, hand disruption such as Marnie (Sword & Shield)  , energy removal such as Crushing Hammer (Sword & Shield) & Fan of Waves (Battle Styles), mill cards such as Cursed Shovel (Rebel Clash) & PokéStop (Pokémon GO), and all sorts of stuff your opponent will not want to play against.

The main idea of this deck is to stall long enough to where either you will have your opponent in a lock and they will mill out or they will scoop and concede the game. Snorlax’s ability “Block” makes it to where your opponent’s active Pokémon can no longer retreat locking it into the active position unless your opponent uses something like a switch. Additionally, we are running all kinds of cards that are going to allow us to choose what Pokémon our opponent has in the active such as Boss's Orders (Brilliant Stars)  and Pokémon Catcher (Sword & Shield).

Miltank is also able to stall your opponent out depending on what they are playing. Hopefully it’s a Pokémon V. Miltank’s ability “Miracle Body” makes it to where it cannot take damage from a Pokémon V. Therefore, you can utilize your Scoop Up Net (Rebel Clash) in ways to make sure you have either Miltank or Snorlax in the active. Whichever is better for the current situation.

What is this lock/infinite loop you might be asking? This is where you get down to very few cards left in your deck and you stary cycling Cyllene (Astral Radiance), Pal Pad (Sword & Shield), and Team Yell's Cheer (Brilliant Stars) together so that you never run out of cards but by that time your opponent’s should be!

All in all, I believe this is by far the most annoying deck in the format at the moment. So, get out there and troll!
