SorryTopdecks_ , perhaps I should have explained further. In the next set releasing, there is a blastoise ex card that will be substituted for the Blastoise ex card currently in the deck. I can now see that the image has not loaded properly, I will change that shortly. I apologise for the confusion, maybe the deck will make more sense to you now.
I'm having trouble editing the deck rn, so here is the blastoise ex:

Ability: Solid Shell
