Use Solrocks to to get any energies you need onto Lunatone. Your main goal is to get all your Solrocks on the benc and have two Lunatones down at the same time. Getting a few energies into the discard is also important. You should usually discard energies to use Ultra Ball and Cycle Draw, but Cycle Draw should only be used if you cant attack with Moon Kinesis. Prof.'s Research and Serena can also be used to get energy into the discard. Pokestop is a double help with discarding energies and filling

Just be careful to not use Pokestop too agressivly or you'll discard too many Pokemon and Supporters. You don't have anyting to get items back from the discard, but Rescue Carrier can save Pokemon and Pal Pad can save your Supporters. Once you have four or more energies in play and the discard, you are basically set up. Just try to keep a new Lunatone ready to place down. If you use the energies efficently you can set up a second Lunatone with ennough energy to hit the KO numbers. Very often I'm able to get six prizen in six turns.
